Member's photographs are displayed online both on the festival's online photo gallery and the MyParkPhotos website (in the partner member's photo gallery), and potentially used in marketing or promotional material by the Florida First Coast Birding and Nature Festival only, with the permission of the photographer. Please see the Photographer's Release in the Rules section for more information.

Photographers retain all rights to their photographs and a copyright symbol and the photographer's name is displayed with all registered photographs.

Registering as a participant with our online gallery is very easy and only takes a moment of your time. Simply click on "Register Here!" and fill out the brief online form.

After providing us with your information, you may login at anytime with the First Coast Birding and Nature Festival online gallery by clicking on "My Account" and signing in with your email and password.

You may then register photographs through your admin by clicking on "Register a Photo!".

Absolutely! All shutterbugs are welcome! The only requirement for submitting images to our online gallery is that they are taken in Florida after August 1, 2006.

Images are selected by the First Coast Birding and Nature Festival staff on a weekly basis and displayed in the festival's online gallery. Staff select photos based on the following qualities: Focus, Composition, Lighting, Technical Superiority, Impact and Creativity.

A special photo contest, sponsored by MyParkPhotos.com and Florida's First Coast Birding and Nature Festival is being held through our new online gallery, and all photographs selected for display from all online gallery participants between January 1, 2007, and March 31, 2007, are automatically in the contest! One winner will be selected from among all registered photographs between these dates and the winning photographer will be awarded a 4-day, 3-night stay at the Casa de Suenos bed & breakfast, and four days worth of classroom and field workshop tickets! Partner Members (free membership) may register up to two photographs per each of sixteen categories, however, only photos registered in the Birds, Flowers, Landscapes, Plant Life, Sunsets/Sunrises, Waterscapes and Wildlife categories will be displayed in our gallery and part of our various contests. Photographs from other categories will be displayed in the member's personal photo gallery.
