What a striking b&w photo Kathleen! Well composed with the rows of cactus leading in the frame. Great light play with the subtle shades of gray in the foreground and the dark trunk of the tree creating a nice line through the brightly lit center of the image, the intensity of the light once again falling off with the soft tones of foliage at the top. Well selected and captured.

This one's perfect in black and white -- really shows off the prickly cactus. Nicely done!
