The fox had ventured out on the ice to catch a bird and he has it dangling from his mouth.
Hu Knows Photography
Bin Hu attended the Beijing Institute of Film, participating in a photography apprentice program studying under Dean Zhang Yi Fu to earn his Chinese photography license. Zhang Yi Mo, a fellow apprentice to the dean, directed the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Upon completion of his professional training, Bin worked as an independent photographic contractor for two years. He was contracted to photograph architecture, commodities and fitness centers, among others. He provided the photographic support for websites for a number of fitness centers and specialized in bodybuilding competitions.
Bin immigrated to the U.S. after marrying Charlotte Ann Crouch of Arizona and is now a student at Cochise Community College where he studies English
Since Bin arrived in Arizona in the summer of 2009, he has become enchanted with Arizona’s landscape, wildlife and rodeos. This has opened new avenues for his photography in macro-photography of flowers, insects and birds, action photography in roping, barrel racing and other rodeo events and frustrated attempts to capture the grandeur of Arizona’s skies. In life, the overwhelming immensity of a desert storm, belittled to two dimensions seems flat. Bin has become fascinated with lightning photography and efforts at natural light photography in the evening and at night. For him, photography is a true passion.
