This is the third of a series of three photos of this view area. I posted these three so you can see how quickly the storm was racing through the area. The original photos are in color, and I made black & white copies in CS3. I really like black & white because it can show nuances of shading and texture that color photos sometimes don't emphasize as much.
I couldn't believe my good luck that day. I'd been hoping that at some point during my stay along the South Rim, I would have the chance to see and shoot some distant storms along the horizon. And here they were! Coming straight toward me!
